Get in touch with me.

I’m not a doctor or a medical professional, just someone endlessly curious about the wonders of science and the possibilities it holds for our future! Everything you read here is based on research from others, not work I’ve personally conducted. I share these stories because I’m fascinated by the beauty, creativity, and hope that can live inside a breakthrough, even in its earliest stages.

Much of what I write about is still experimental and may never become an approved treatment. My words are never meant as medical advice. For anything health-related, I encourage you to speak with a qualified healthcare provider.

I also believe in exploring beyond my own words: doing your own research, checking credible sources, and forming your own conclusions.

Misinformation can spread faster than truth online, and if you ever notice something here that might not be accurate, please reach out. I’ll always welcome the chance to revisit, clarify, or correct it.

This disclaimer applies to all articles and pages on this website, whether or not an individual post includes its own disclaimer.

For the most common reasons people reach out, see the notes below.

If you are reaching out with one of the following questions/concerns/critiques, please read a few notes before pressing that “send” button.

  • If you are asking about treatments available to you, I will not respond. I am NOT a doctor. I write about news, I have no prescription pad.

  • If my writing does not resonate with you, feel free to keep scrolling the internet. There is no need to send hateful messages or spread bitterness. The world has enough of this and does not need more. Please look in the mirror and ask if you are doing more harm than good.

  • I use AI to generate most images on my website. I wish I was as talented as a lot of photographers I follow online, but alas…here we are. I cannot just “pull images from the internet”, as this might violate copyright laws. I am writing stories, not making visual art (lukily for all of you!).

  • I try to cite my sources at the bottom of articles so there is more reading available to you if something catches your eye. If there is something specific you are wondering about and I had no sources (some of my earlier pieces), then feel free to drop a line.

  • Editors have cost me more than my books have made me in some cases. I use ChatGPT to edit, fact check, and sometimes find me better sources. Similarities exist in writing because authors often mimic each other when they find a style that they enjoy writing in. Both humans and AI use staccato phrasing, short paragraphs, and “not this but that” contrasts, because it’s both dramatic and scannable. I sure do love my dramatic writing (hence this ramble). Short sentences, “not this but that” structures, and parallel lists are all classic rhetorical tools that I learned in my writing class back in 2012. That does NOT make it AI generated. AI is a tool, and should be used responsibly as such.
